When do you ship?
This will be based on the order volume of the day, generaly we will ship your items within 2 working days.
Where do you ship?
We are currently only able to ship orders within the UK.
My items hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?
We generally ship all our items with in 2 days, and we will update tracking details for you. If your items still hasn’t arrived within 5-7 working days, please contact us at [email protected].
Refund Policy
You have up to 30 days after receiving an item to request a refund. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, with the box unopened and outer seal intact. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange the return. Items returned to us without a request will not be refunded.
Once we’ve received and inspected the return we will notify you whether a refund has been approved. Refunds will be made to the account associated with your original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damaged items
In the unlikely event that your bottles arrive damaged or are defective, please let us know immediately at [email protected] so we can help fix the problem.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
