The wine is scarlet in colour and a red halo can be seen around it
The wine has three flavours.
The first is a fresh aroma of green pepper
The second is lactic acidity.
The third is a smoky, peppery aroma, fermented in oak barrels, with a slight spiciness of oak and a touch of smokiness, with a powerful, long aroma on the palate.
