Due to the long fermentation, the Pinot Noir and Macabeo blend together with the elegance of the Salero, resulting in a pale yellow straw color and fine bubbles, aromas of ripe fruit, light roasted notes and charred coffee aromas, combined into a soft and elegant sparkling wine.
