The Mediterranean region has a unique climate and a long experience in grape growing, which has resulted in a very balanced yield of different varieties of grapes, with Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada being the best grapes for the production of this Cava wine.

Fermentation in stainless steel barrels at constant temperature and humidity, followed by a second fermentation in the cellar for at least 14 months

Golden color with a little green, fine and rich foam, fresh grape aroma is very strong, with a unique lemon acid. There are also apples, plum fragrance, the taste is fresh and sweet sweet and sour taste balance

Meal suggestion: Appetizer, salad, white meat, fish and cheese
